China, for example. I wouldn't read too much into this. If I were religious, and my religion required me to believe that human life starts at conception, I would still have to use my DOB for all the legal stuff. So I don't see it as an inconsistency among these people, personally. I say that both as a responsible adult and as a teacher. The commission of any crime in the classroom by anybody should automatically put the teacher into a competency hearing <em>at a minimum</em>.
