Ubuntu: bravo to alpha4!

Despite my reservations about the expected rigamarole required to establish a wifi network, as has been the case for the last several releases, I’m proud to say that the Intrepid Ibex is ready for the curious - and without any manual wifi configuration!
The tray icon for UFW is a nice addition, too.

Stellarium

Ever wondered the name (or more) for that bright, twinkle in the nighttime sky?  Stellarium is a free, open source planetarium for your desktop.  Its intuitive user interface emerses you into the environment, with enough detailed information to impress Carl Sagan.  Ah, so much for so little…freedom is a marvelous thing.
